摘 要:参阅了国内外最新的相关文献,根据制剂的大小、比重及作用机制,分别详细介绍了漂浮型胃滞留给药系统、生物黏附型胃滞留给药系统、膨胀型胃滞留给药系统、浮筏给药系统以及几种机理协同的胃内滞留系统的原理及其制备技术研究进展与应用,讨论制剂因素、生理因素及药物性质对胃滞留给药系统的影响,结合近年胃滞留制剂的研究热点,阐述了胃滞留给药系统的广阔前景。According to the latest related references published at home and aboard, this review introduces the mechanism, development, application and various technologies of gastroretentive drug delivery systems with regard to the size, density and mechanism of the dosage form, including floating drug delivery system, mucoadhesive drug delivery system, expandable drug delivery system, rafting forming system and drug delivery systems with sev- eral synergistic principles. This study also attempts to discuss various factors like formulation factors, physiological factors, physiological factors and drug properties to be considered in the development of gastroretentive drug delivery system, describes the hotspots of gastroretentive dosage forms and reveals their wide application prospects.
