纤维型肠内营养制剂在恶性梗阻性黄疸患者术后早期应用的观察与护理

摘　　要：目的探讨和总结恶性梗阻性黄疸患者术后早期应用纤维型肠内营养制剂的护理方法。方法回顾性分析本科行手术治疗的47例恶性梗阻性黄疸患者的临床资料,均在术后24h开始实施肠内营养支持。结果本组47例患者无死亡,发生轻度腹泻7例,经对症处理后无1例中断肠内营养支持,均顺利康复出院。结论恶性梗阻性黄疸患者术后早期使用纤维型肠内营养制剂进行营养支持,能提高患者术后营养水平,促进肠蠕动恢复,有利于机体体液免疫和细胞免疫功能的恢复,减少并发症的发生,可对患者康复起到积极的重要意义。Objective To investigate and summarize nursing methods of fibre enteral nutri- tion in early application of patients with malignant obstructive jaundice. Methods The material of 47 malignant obstructive jaundice patients underwent operation from March 2012 to January 2014 were retrospective analyzed, and the patients started enteral nutrition after 24 hours. Results There was no died cases in 47 patients, among whom 7 cases had mild diarrhea and 1 cases termi- nated nutrition support after symptomatic treatment. All the patients were successfully discharged. Conclusion Early fiber enteral nutritional support can improve nutrition level of patients with malignant obstructive jaundice and promote the recovery of intestinal peristalsis. Meanwhile, it is conductive to humoral immunity and recovery of cellular immunity function and reduces complications, so it is positive and significant to rehabilitation of patients.
