护理干预对肝脏肿瘤金标植入术患者并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨护理干预在降低肝脏肿瘤金标植入术并发症发生率中的作用。方法将160例金标植入术患者随机分为干预组和对照组各80例，对照组患者按照金标植入术护理常规进行护理，而干预组则在常规护理的基础上增加健康宣教追踪的护理干预手段；比较2组患者术后心动过速、高血压、腹部出血及疼痛、穿刺部位出血及穿刺点皮肤疼痛等并发症的发生率。结果160例患者经过金标植入术后，均在5～7 d完成射波刀治疗，干预组患者术后心动过速、高血压、腹部出血及疼痛、穿刺部位出血及穿刺点皮肤疼痛等并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论术前、术后对患者进行健康宣教，注意患者病情、心理、认知及行为变化，适时给予护理干预，并认真检查患者的实施效果，可以有效降低肝脏肿瘤金标植入术的并发症发生率。Objective To discuss the influence of nursing intervention on complications of liver tumor patients with metal track marks implantation. Methods 160 patients with metal track marks implantation were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Each group contained 80 patients. The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing of metal track marks implantation. Health education was given in the intervention group on the basis of con- ventional nursing. Incidence rate of complications such as tachycardia after operation, hyperten- sion, abdominal bleeding and pain, bleeding and skin pain on the puncture points were compared between the two groups. Results After metal track marks implantation, 160 patients finished their cyberknife treatment within 5--7 days. The incidence rate of complications, such as tachy- cardia after surgery, hypertension, abdominal bleeding and pain, bleeding and skin pain of the puncture points in the intervention group were obviously lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of health education before and after the surgery, paying attention to the change of patients＇ disease progression, psy- chology and behavior, performing nursing intervention at the right time and carefully detecting the influence on patients can effectively lower the incidence of complications.
