摘 要:在开关磁阻电机的控制系统中,电流信号的测量精度直接关系到电机的控制效果,因此设计了一种电流信号采集电路。此电路为高速线性隔离电路,既能通过高频电压信号,又能取得良好的线性效果。同时,利用"Filter Solutions"软件设计了一个低通滤波器,在开关磁阻电机的控制中能采集到精度很高的电流波形。实验结果表明:此电路的应用能较大地改善采集到的电流信号的精度,从而使电机运行更加平稳。In the control system of the switched reluctance motor(SRM),the accuracy of the currents has a great effect on the motor. Thus a circuit was designed to collect the current signal. The circuit is a high-speed linear isolation circuit,which can not only pass high frequency voltage signal,but can obtain good linearity. At the same time,a low pass filter was designed with the help of filter solutions. This method can collect current waveform with high precision when they are combined together to control SRM. The experimental results show that the application of this circuit can improve the accuracy of the current signal greatly,so that the motor can run more smoothly.
