多个扩张器超量扩张修复头皮大面积瘢痕性秃发的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨同时应用多个扩张器进行超量扩张治疗大面积瘢痕性秃发的临床效果。方法:21例大面积(13cm×8cm^26cm×14cm)瘢痕性秃发患者,置入两个或多个扩张器,扩张3~4个月,注水量为扩张器额定容量的2~3倍。结果:21例患者均获得满意疗效,皮瓣全部存活,毛发生长均匀良好,外形满意。结论:多个扩张器超量扩张术是修复大面积瘢痕性秃发的理想方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of using the multiple pieces of excessively expansive dilators at the same time to repair large area of cicatricial alopecia.Methods 21 cases of patients with large area （13cm×8cm～26cm×14cm） of cicatricial alopecia into two or more dilators,expand for 3 ～4 months,with the injection rate of 2～3 times of nominal capacity for expanders.Results 21 patients were satisfied,with flaps all survived,hair growth is uniform and good,appearance is satisfactory.Conclusion Excessive expansion of the multiple pieces of dilators is the ideal method to to repair large area of cicatricial alopecia.
