摘　　要：目的：回归分析临床实践中不同方法治疗瘢痕的效果,为瘢痕的综合治疗提供资料.方法：对笔者科室2012年1月～2012年6月收治的861例瘢痕患者进行治疗,依据瘢痕特性及方法的选择进行分类和总结.结果：经过1～2年的治疗,其中治愈551例,占63.9％,显效209例,占24.3％,无效1 01例,占11.8％.结论：针对不同的瘢痕采用不同的方法治疗,早期联合治疗效果更佳.Objective Regression analysis results in clinical practice different methods of treating scars, to provide information for the comprehensive treatment of scars. Methods 861 cases of scar treatment of patients in our department in January 2012 to June 2012 period were treated, according to the choice of scar characteristics and methods are classified and summarized. Results 1 to 2 years of treatment, which cured 551 cases, accounting for 63.9%,effective 209 cases, accounting for 24.3%,101 cases ineffective, accounting for 11.8%. Conclusion Different methods for the treatment of different scars, better early combination therapy.
