摘　　要：目的：研究适合鼻部整形的肋软骨切取和雕刻新技术.方法：选择340例适合用肋软骨移植进行鼻整形的患者.采用25 ～ 30mm长的唇型微小切口,用弧型切骨刀切取断层肋软骨.对肋软骨毛料进行精细雕刻处理,制作鼻整形所需的各种移植物.结果：340例患者经微小切口切取断层肋软骨块全部顺利完成.用新式雕刻法制备出6类肋软骨移植物,用于鼻整形全部获得成功.1年后随访1 58例,胸部切口均达到无瘢痕或少瘢痕愈合效果.未发现有鼻部肋软骨移植物有变形或明显吸收现象.结论：经微小切口采集断层肋软骨和软骨精细雕刻法是患者容易接受的鼻整形新技术,可以提高鼻整形质量.Objective To study rib cartilage harvesting and engraving techniques for rhinoplasty. Methods The 340 cases of nasal deformity patients were selected for this study.The split rib cartilages was harvested through the lip-type mini incisions 25 ~30mm in length with costotome and were finely engraved into different types of grafts for rhinoplasty. Results Rib cartilage harvesting of 340 cases of patients were all successful through mini incision.158 cases of patients were followed up one year later and visible scar formation was not found in the thoracic incision.There were no rib cartilage deformation or absorption in nose. Conclusion The split rib cartilages harvesting through lip-type mini incisions and precise carving method are new technique,which could improve the quality of rhinoplasty.
