眶肌筋膜韧带、眼轮匝肌提紧在睑袋整形术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨眶肌筋膜韧带提紧、眼轮匝肌提紧在睑袋整形术中应用的效果及前景。方法:在传统的睑袋整形术基础上采用眶肌筋膜韧带提紧及眼轮匝肌提紧技术,以加强下睑的支持力量与提升。结果:所有病例术后睑袋去除,下睑皮肤、颧部皮肤及鼻唇沟皆有所提升,中面部有一定程度年轻化作用。患者满意度高。结论:眶肌筋膜韧带、眼轮匝肌提紧悬吊睑袋整形术方法简单、效果明显,其不仅是对睑袋的整复,而且对于颧部、鼻唇沟等处中面部亦有提升作用。Objective To introduce the clinic effect for lowers eyelid blepharoplasty using fascia ligament of orbital muscle sling and orbicularis oculi sling and its foreground. Methods In the traditional pouch rhinoplasty adopted based on orbit myofascial ligament mention tight and eye orbicularis mention tight technology,in order to strengthen the support of the asymmetrical power and ascension. Results All cases remove the pouch,asymmetrical skin,the skin and nasal ophthalmic lip is ditch had increased, to a certain extent in the face younger role. Patient satisfaction. Conclusion The operation of using fascia ligament of orbital muscle and orbicularis oculi sling for lowers eyelid blepharoplasty is a brief and good operative method.Not only eye bag can be get rid of but also it can lift midface and flatten nasolabial fold.
