摘 要:通过水热法制备了Er3+掺杂的SrTiO3系列光催化剂,对样品进行了X射线衍射、扫描电镜、紫外可见吸收光谱和比表面积分析,并以染料降解考察了样品的光催化活性。研究表明,Er3+的适量掺杂抑制了SrTiO3粒径生长,增加了SrTiO3对太阳光的利用率。在紫外光和可见光辐照下,水热法制备Er3+-SrTiO3的光催化活性优于纯SrTiO3和高温固相反应制备的Er3+-SrTiO3。当掺杂量为1.5%时,SrTiO3的光催化活性达到最大,且在可见光辐照下的光催化活性优于TiO2(P25)光催化剂。A series of Er3 +doped SrTiO3 photocatalysts were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The samples were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction pattern,scanning electron microscope,UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectrum and specific surface area measurements. The photocatalytic activity of samples was studied by photocatalytic decomposition of dye solution. The results show that Er3 +doping could restrain the growth of SrTiO3 grain size,enhance the utilization of solar energy. Under the irradiation of ultraviolet and visible light,the photocatalytic activity of Er3 +-doped SrTiO3 was higher than that of pure SrTiO3 and those prepared by high temperature solid state reaction method. The best photocatalytic performance was attained for the samples with 1. 5%(mole fraction) of Er3 +-doped SrTiO3 content. Especially,Er-doped SrTiO3 show higher activity than TiO2(P25) in decomposition of organic dyes under visible light irradiation.
