摘　　要：目的 了解上海浦东新区某医院急诊创伤患者的流行病学特征,为创伤救治决策提供数据支持.方法 对2011年1月～ 2013年5月期间录入上海市浦东新区人民医院《创伤数据库系统》V3.0的5 070例急诊创伤患者的年龄、性别构成,致伤原因、创伤类型、受伤部位和治疗结果等进行分析.结果 所纳入的急诊创伤患者中,年龄分布为3 ～100岁,平均（49.6±3.2）岁;男女比例为2.02∶1.前三种致伤原因为：跌倒/坠落伤（45.97％）、道路交通伤（31.72％）、钝器伤（11.76％）;前三种受伤类型为：四肢脊柱伤（49.45％）、头颅伤（23.77％）、胸部伤（12.39％）.治疗总有效率为90.14％,其中治愈率为62.13％、好转率为28.01％;90d病死率为0.97％.结论 《创伤数据库系统》V3.0的应用分析表明该医院急诊创伤患者存在较明显的流行病学特征,其对医院创伤急救的资源配置和流程安排有重要的指导价值.Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of trauma patients in a hospital of Shanghai in Pudong New Area,and to provide data support for the trauma treatment strategy.Methods Data of 5 070 trauma cases were collected from ＂trauma database system V3.0＂ of the People＇s Hospital of Shanghai Pudong New Area from Jan.2011 to May2013.The parameters such as age,gender,causes of injury,type of injury,outcomes of treatment were recorded.Results The patients＇ age ranged from 3 to 100 years（49.6 ± 3.2）.The ratio of male to female was 2.02 ∶ 1.The first three causes of injury were falling（45.97％）,traffic accident（31.72 ％） and blunt injury（11.76％）.The first three types of injuries were limb and spinal column injury（49.45％）,head injury（23.77％） and chest injury（12.39％）.The total effective rate was 90.14％,in which the cure rate was 62.13 ％ and improvement rate was 28.01％ ;the mortality rate within 90 days was 0.97％.Conclusion The data provided by the ＂trauma database system V3.0＂ shows that the emergency trauma patients in this hospital have significant epidemiological characteristics,which will help for the resource allocation and the treatment procedures optimization of emergency trauma care system in a hospital.
