摘  要:研究了丙烯酸树脂复鞣加脂剂中,疏水单体的含量及高碳醇的链长对产品防水性、柔软性、丰满性的影响,同时还在耐洗涤性、防雾性、填充性、撕裂强度方面与其它类型加脂剂及复鞣剂进行了比较。结果表明:疏水单体的质量分数为65%-80%(相对于总单体质量)的共聚物,防水性及柔软性最佳,当疏水单体的含量在55%-65%时显示出良好的填充性,随着碳链从12增加到18,成革防水性依次增加。与常规复鞣剂、加脂剂相比。该产品具有较好的耐洗涤性、防雾性及填充性。The acrylic resin retanning fatliquor was synthesized. The effects of the amount of hydrophobic monomer and the length of high carbon alcohol chain on waterproofness, softness and fullness were studied. And the properties of washing fastness, antifogging, filling ability and tear strength were compared between copolymer and other fatliquoring and retanning agent. The re- sults show that waterproofness and softness of copolymer are good when containing 65%-80% hydrophobic monomer. Filling a-bility of eopolymer is good when containing 40%-60% hydrophobic monomer. As the carbon chain increases from 12 to 18, the waterproofness of leather increases. Compared with the conventional fatliquoring and retanning agent, the product has a good wash- ing fastness, antifogging and filling ability.
