摘 要:目的应用3.0T相位对比MRI探讨正常育龄期女性脑基底动脉血流动力学特征及其与各生理因素变化的相关性。方法选取32例正常育龄期女性志愿者(未生育16例,已生育16例)作为研究对象;所有志愿者行MRI检查前均测量安静状态下的血压、身高、体重。以TOF MRA重建图像定位,垂直基底动脉中段扫描,在基底动脉显示最大的相位对比血管成像幅度图像上沿其边缘绘制ROI,软件自动分析得到一次心动周期内脑基底动脉的相关血流动力学参数值、时相—流速曲线及相应的心率。记录峰值流速、平均流速、平均流量。采用SPSS17.0软件进行数据统计学分析。结果32例峰值流速、平均流速、平均流量分别与年龄、身高、体重等均无相关性(P值均>0.05)。未生育组与生育组峰值流速、平均流速、平均流量的均数比较均无统计学差异(P值均>0.05)。结论正常育龄期女性脑基底动脉安静状态下血供模式呈相对类似的稳定状态,年龄、身高、体重等个体差异对其影响较小;生育前、后基底动脉血流动力学参数未出现改变。Objective To explore basilar artery hemodynamics characteristics in normal child-bearing period women and the correlation with physiological factors on 3.0T phase contrast MRI. Methods 32 normal child-bearing period women volunteers (16 women who had not given birth, 16 women who had given birth) were selected as the research objects. All the volunteers were measured blood pressure, height and weight in a quiet state before MRI. The localizer was placed perpendicularly to the middle of basilar artery using TOF MRA. The ROI was drew in the phase contrast angiography amplitude image when the basilar artery could be seen optimally. Basilar artery hemodynamic parameters, phase-velocity curve and the corresponding heart rate in a heartbeat cycle were obtained by automatic analysis software. Peak velocity and mean velocity were recorded. Data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. Results 32 cases of the peak velocity, mean velocity and mean flow were no correlation with the age, height, weight, heart rate and blood pressure(P〉0.05). The average peak velocity, mean velocity and mean flow were no significant differences between the 16 cases who had not given birth and the 16 cases who had given birth (P〉0.05). Conclusion Basilar artery hemodynamics of normal child-bearing period women in a resting state appears steady and similar, which are no correlation with individual difference in the age, height, weight, heart rate and blood pressure. Basilar artery hemodynamic parameters before and after giving birth do not appear to change.
