摘 要:为调查猪嵴病毒(PKV)的流行情况,本研究根据PKV 3D基因的保守区设计了一对特异性引物,采用RT-PCR方法对2012年~2013年间从连云港地区64个规模化猪场采集的960份猪肛拭样品进行PKV检测.结果显示:PKV猪场阳性率在50%以上,个体阳性率为15.38%~90.48%;在发生腹泻的猪中PKV阳性率达46.25%,而在非腹泻的猪中阳性率为22.5%;PKV在哺乳仔猪中的阳性率为41.23%,而在育肥猪中的阳性率为22.07%.本研究调查结果为相关疫病的诊断与预防提供了依据.To investigate the prevalence of porcine kobuvirus (PKV), a total of 960 rectal swab were collected from pigs in 64 farms of Lianyungang area during 2012 to 2013 and subjected to detection of PKV iufection in pigs using RT-PCR with a pair of primers designed according to the 3D gene of PKV. The results showed that the prevalence rate of PKV in pig farms was over 50%, and the infection rates of PKV in pigs were 15.38% to 90.48%. The detection rates of PKV in pigs with diarrhea or without diarrhea were 46.25% or 22.5%, and the positive rates in piglets or fattening pigs were 41.23% or 22.07%, respectively.
