摘  要:目的探讨丙型肝炎(丙肝)患者血清ALT、TBil及抗丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)IgG与丙肝病毒核糖核酸(HCV RNA)载量的相关性。方法采用HITACHI 7600-120全自动生化仪及生化检测试剂盒、化学发光微粒子免疫检测法(CMIA)和实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(RTFQPCR),对179例丙肝患者同时做ALT、TBil、抗HCV IgG和HCV RNA检测。结果 CMIA及RTFQPCR方法检测样本阳性率分别为97.21%和48.60%。ALT异常率与HCV RNA载量间呈正相关(r=0.87,P<0.05);而ALT、TBil、抗HCV IgG数值变化与HCV RNA载量并无明显相关性(P>0.05)。丙肝患者HCV RNA载量值大于1×103copies/ml组与小于1×103copies/ml组相比,ALT异常率有统计学意义(P<0.01),而抗HCV IgG阳性率两组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论随着HCV RNA载量的增加,ALT异常率也增加。Objective To investigate the relationship of serum levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), total bilirubin(TBil) and anti-HCV RNA with hepatitis C virus(HCV RNA) in the patients with HCV. Methods Serum ALT, TBil, anti-HCV IgG and HCV RNA in 179 patients with hepatitis C were measured by HITACHI 7600-120 automatic biochemical analyzer and biochemical test kits, chemiluminescent micro-particle immunoassays(CMIA) particles and real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RTFQPCR) at same timee. Results The positive rates were 97. 21% and 48. 60% for the methods of CMIA and RFQ-RT-PCR, respectively. The abnormal rate of ALT was positively correlated with HCV RNA levels (r=0. 87, P〈0. 05), which was not between the values of ALT, TBil, antiHCV IgG and the levels of HCV RNA. Between the patients with HCV RNA level higher and lower than 103 copies/ml, ALT abnormal rate was significantly different(P〈0. 01), but the positive rate of anti-HCV IgG was not(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The abnormal rate of ALT is increased with the increase of HCV RNA levels.
