大连市西岗区2011—2013年0～2岁儿童健康状况及主要影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解大连市西岗区2011—2013年0～2岁儿童健康状况及影响因素，分析原因，提出相应干预措施。方法对西岗区2011—2013年0～2儿童健康状况进行分析。结果3年间营养不良、单纯性肥胖患病率呈逐年下降趋势，散居儿童单纯性肥胖患病率较高。结论全面落实公共卫生均等化，加强婴幼儿保健系统管理，科学指导，平衡膳食是降低儿童营养不良、单纯性肥胖、提高儿童健康水平的关键。Objectives To determine the health status and influential factors among children aged 0-2 years in Xigang district, and to analyze the cause and put forward appropriate interventions. Methods The health status of children aged 0-2 years in Xigang district of Dalian were analyzed. Results The prevalence of malnutrition and simple obesity tended to decrease from 2011 to 2013, and scattered children had higher prevalence of simple obesity. Conclusions The key factor of reducing children malnutrition, obesity, and improving children＇ s health is to comprehensively implement the equalization of public health, to strengthen management of infant health systems, to carry out scientific ~uidance and offer the balance diet.
