心脏手术同期AtriCure双极射频消融治疗RHD合并房颤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨AtriCure双极射频消融治疗风湿性心脏病合并房颤的临床效果.方法 将2009年6月～2011年1月收治的37例风湿性心脏病合并房颤患者按不同手术方式分成两组,选取心脏手术同期行AtriCure双极射频消融16例为观察组,行常规换瓣置换术的21例为对照组,比较两组治疗前后的心功能变化情况.结果 观察组中13例房颤好转,3例房颤治疗失败.观察组术后1年的心功能改善情况明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 Atri-Cure双极射频消融治疗风湿性心脏病合并房颤有效.Objective To investigate the effect of AtriCure bipolar radiofrequency ablation treating rheumatic heart disease （RHD） complicated with atrial fibrillation. Methods 37 cases with RHD complicated with atrial fibrillation treated were divided into the two groups,16 cases with heart operation and bipolar radiofrequency ablation conducted over the same period were selected as the observation group,21 cases with the conventional valve replacement were selected as the control group.The change of heart function before and after treatment in the two groups was compared. Results In the observation group,atrial fibrillation was better in 13cases,treatment failure of atrial fibrillation in 3 cases. The improvement of cardiac function in the observation group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion AtriCure bipolar radiofrequency ablation treating RHD complicated with atrial fibrillation is effective.
