甲氨蝶呤局部注射治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 研究甲氨蝶呤局部注射治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的临床效果.方法 选择2007年1月～2013年12月本院收治的30例子宫瘢痕妊娠患者作为研究对象,依照患者个人意愿将其分为两组,对照组15例采用天花粉宫颈注射进行治疗,实验组15例采用甲氨蝶呤局部注射进行治疗,对比和分析两组的治疗效果.结果 实验组的治愈率为100.00％,对照组的治愈率为40.00％,实验组的临床治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.实验组的HCG下降至正常时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 甲氨蝶呤局部注射是一种非常有利于治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的临床手段,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用.Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of methotrexate local injection in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy（CSP）after cesarean section. Methods 30 patients with CSP from January 2007 to December 2013 admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects and divided into two groups in accordance with the individual patient will.Cervical injection of trichosanthin treatment was used in control group of 15 patients,methotrexate local injection treatment was applied in experimental group of 15 cases.The effect of two groups was compared and analysed. Results The cure rate in experimental group was 100.00%,the cure rate in control group was 40.00%,clinical effect of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.HCG dropped to normal time and hospitalization time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Methotrexate local injection is a very conducive to clinical approach in the treatment of CSP after cesarean section,the effect is significant,is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
