静脉留置针临床应用的护理新进展

摘　　要：静脉留置针是一项新发展的护理操作,因其能减少体液外渗,保护血管,并减轻由于反复穿刺而给患者造成的痛苦,还能保证合理用药时间,并能减少护士的工作量,因而在临床上被广泛应用并得到进一步发展。本文介绍静脉留置针的使用方法,通过做穿刺前准备、穿刺方法的选择、穿刺后的固定等总结静脉留置针的正确使用方法,以减少静脉炎、导管堵塞、体液渗漏、皮下血肿、静血脉栓和静脉痉挛等并发症的发生,降低患者的痛苦,从而提高护理工作效率及质量。Venous indwelling trocar is a new development of nursing operation.Because it can reduce fluid extravasation,protect blood vessels,reduce due to repeated puncture and the suffering caused to patients,also can guarantee the rational drug use,and can reduce the workload of the nurse,so it is widely used in clinical and get further development. This paper introduces the use method of venous indwelling needle.By doing puncture preparation,the choice of the puncture method,fixed etc,venous indwelling needle puncture after the correct way of using in order to reduce phlebitis,catheter blockage,fluid leakage,subcutaneous hematoma,static blood bolt and complication,such as convulsion of vein would reduce the pain of the patients,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of nursing work.
