摘　　要：对武钢开发的600MPa级高Al冷轧双相钢WHT600DP与DC04、WH260Y异种材料不等厚板激光焊接的焊缝宏观形貌、微观组织以及力学性能进行研究和分析,探讨WHT600DP的激光焊接性能。研究结果表明,两种材料搭配条件下的激光焊接接头均不存在内部和外部缺陷,焊缝拉伸强度、杯突值等指标达到相关标准要求,能够满足实际生产需要,WHT600DP高Al冷轧双相钢具有良好的激光焊接性能。This study investigated the weldability of 600MPa high aluminum dual phase steel WHT600DP for laser welding. The appearance, microstructure, hardness, tensile strength and shaping properties of the joint between WHT60ODP and different materials with different thickness,such as DC04 and WH260Y,were tested and analyzed. Results showed that the joints were free of defects, and the weld performances such as tensile strength and cupping test also met the requirements of automobile industry, indicating the excellent weldability of WHT60ODP for laser welding.
