摘　　要：介绍攀钢新研制的U78CrV重载钢轨的工艺调试、U78CrV重载钢轨的材质和焊接性能、GAAS80/580焊机特点、工艺的调试方法和焊接参数调试原则等,为钢轨直流焊机进行U78CrV重载钢轨焊接工艺调试提出了具体的解决方法。Abstract：This paper mainly introduces technological adjustment of heavy-haul U78CrV rail,which is newly produced by Panzhihua iron and steel Co.and discusses the U78CrV rail material and welding performance,characteristics of GAAS80/580 welding machine, debugging process and welding parameter adjustment principle in detail. Some specific solutions are put forward for rail DC welder U78CrV heavy rail.
