摘　　要：以意大利PWT-CWS.02NRT管道全自动焊机为例,详细分析大口径管道进行单面焊双面成形根焊的焊接工艺及操作技术。该工艺技术与目前国内外采用内焊机进行管道自动根焊焊接方法比较,有适应性强、熔敷率高、不受内焊机通过能力限制和可对不等壁厚管口进行根焊道焊接的一系列特点。该技术已成功运用于国内外长输管道工程焊接施工中,并取得了良好效果。In this paper, using the Italian PWT - CWS. 02 NRT pipeline automatic welding maehine,for example,of large diameter pipeline ＂one-sided welding of＂ shaping root welding welding technology and operation technology was introduced in detail. The technology at home and abroad and adopts the pipeline automatic welding machine in root welding welding methods,there are ＂strong adaptability,ifigh deposition rate,not affected by the welding machine capacity limit and range of wall thickness pipe for root bead welding＂ ,a series of characteristics. The technology has been successfully applied to the domestic foreign minister in pipeline welding construction,and has obtained the good effect.
