摘 要:文章旨在研究羊源微生态制剂对羔羊早期断奶日龄及生长性能的影响。将30只产单羔、体重相近的哺乳母羊及其羔羊随机分为3组,每组10只母羊、10只羔羊,3组试验母羊饲养条件一致,试验羔羊Ⅰ组15日龄开始补饲颗粒饲料,试验Ⅱ组补饲颗粒饲料加5‰的益生菌Y5-39菌剂,对照组随母羊自由哺乳,试验期40 d。试验结果表明,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组分别在50日龄和43日龄时达到断奶体重(15 kg),对照组体重在54日龄时还未达到断奶体重。全期平均日增重试验Ⅰ组较对照组提高22.82%,试验Ⅱ组提高34.16%,差异显著(P<0.05)。添加微生态制剂可以降低羔羊的发病率和死亡率。The objective of the study was to compare the effects of early-weaning days and growth performance of lamb to added the probiotics. 30 suckler ewes and 30 Iambs were derived into three groups randomly. Each group had 10 suckler ewes and 10 lambs. The control group was naturally nursed with their mother, the experiment group lambs have been received formula feed at fifteen days age, the first group were fed granular feed (formula feed), the second group were fed granular feed adding 5%0 Y5-39 microbial inoculum. Experiment has carried out for 40 d. The experiment results show that the group I and group II had weaned live weight (15 kg) at 50 days of age and 43 days of age respectively, but the control group had not the weight in 54 days of age. Compared the control group, the group I and the group II were significantly increased 22.82% and 34.16% respectively (P〈0.05) on the average daily gain in whole period. It is preliminary conclude that the probiotics could reduce the morbidity and mortality of weaning lamb.
