摘　　要：酿酒行业和商业性燃料乙醇生产中采用抗生素有选择性杀死有害霉菌来提高发酵效率,乙醇业的副产品主要是谷物浸提物,又称DDGS(带滤液的玉米蒸馏提取物即玉米酒精糟),被大量用作动物饲料原料。为了了解玉米酒精糟(DDGS)中抗生素的含量情况。文章采用酶联免疫法和液质联用法检测了玉米酒精糟(DDGS)中的抗生素。Liquor-making industry and commercial use of fuel ethanol production by selective antibiotics kill harmful mold to improve the efficiency of fermentation . Cereal extraetivesalso known of DDGS is the main byproduet of the ethanol industry. And it was a large number of used as animal feed ingredients . In order to detect the antibiotic content in DDGS. This paper uses the enzymelinked immunosorbent assay and liquid chromatography-mass spe（qrometry（LC-MS/MS） to detect antibitics in DDGS.
