摘 要:文章旨在研究不同饲粮脂肪水平对繁殖期蓝狐产仔性能、妊娠时间、能量和灰分消化率的影响。试验采用单因素试验设计方法,选择受孕的健康母狐75只,随机分成5组,每组蓝狐15只,分别饲喂脂肪水平为15%(A)、17%(B)、19%(C)、21%(D)、23%(E)的饲粮。预饲期7 d,试验期110 d。结合饲养试验、消化代谢试验阐明饲粮脂肪对母狐繁殖性能的影响。结果表明:23%饲粮脂肪水平能够使蓝狐的产仔时间提前约5 d,较高的脂肪水平组母狐的产仔时间相对集中;饲粮脂肪水平对蓝狐初生成活率、窝产仔数、42日龄断奶成活率影响差异不显著(P〉0.05);各组仔狐初生重差异不显著(P〉0.05),7日龄时,仔狐体重随着饲粮水平增加而升高(P〈0.01);42日龄断奶体重,21%组仔狐的体重最高(P〈0.05);各组母狐的能量消化率和粗灰分消化率差异不显著(P〉0.05)。由试验结果得出:妊娠期蓝狐饲喂23%脂肪水平饲粮,能提前蓝狐的产仔时间;产后21 d饲喂21%脂肪水平饲粮,仔狐的生长速度最快;产后28~42 d之间,仔狐开始采食后,15%饲粮脂肪水平,仔狐能够维持较高的生长速度。The experiment was conducted to study the effect of dietary fat level on litter performance, pregnancy time, litter weight, digestibility of energy and crude ash in blue fox at the period of reproduction. The trial was taken the single factor method, seventy-five female foxes were randomly assigned into 5 groups with 15 replicates. The foxes was fed experimental diets which contained 15%, 17% 19%, 21%, 23% fat level. The pre-test period lasted 7 d and the trial period lasted for 110 d. Combine with feed trial and metabolism experiment, it was illustrated the effect of fat level on the reproduction performance. The result showed as follow: 23% dietary fat level can make the blue fox litter time ahead of about 5 d, the high lipid level had the concentrated fan-owing time. Dietary fat level had no significant influenee on the generation rate, litter size and 42 clay old weaned survival rate(P〉0.05). The young fox birth weight were not significantly different(P〉0.05) and inereased with dietary fat at 7 days age. The young fi)x in 21% fat level group had the biggest weaning weight at 42-day age (P〈0.05). The digestibility of energy and crude ash were not significantly different among groups (P〉0.05). We can make a conclusion that blue fox fed the 23% dietary fat ean advance the litter time. The female tox fed the 21% dietary fat, the larva fox had the fastest growth rate before 21-day age. The young fox started to feed at postpartum 28 days to 42 days, 15% dietary fat can maintain a higher growth rate in the youngs.
