摘  要:为研究亲鸽料型对乳鸽体重与肉质的影响,以成年白羽王鸽为对象,以相同饲料配方的不同料型为试验因子,采用单因子三水平随机分组的方法进行饲养试验。将504对亲鸽随机分为3组,分别饲喂全加工颗粒饲料(A1)、混合型颗粒饲料(A2)、全原粒颗粒饲料(A3),检测乳鸽28日龄体重和肉质。结果表明:A1、A2较A3提高乳鸽体重分别为3.95%和3.28%,对乳鸽肉质指标中的屠体肤色、胸肉剪切力、亮度、蛋白质和氨基酸、肌苷酸含量,以及脂肪与其中的α-亚麻酸、亚油酸和油酸含量均不存在显著影响;但A1较A2和A3有提高全肉脂肪含量的趋势。研究认为混合型颗粒饲料(A2)最适于作为哺育乳鸽亲鸽的饲料料型。The test was to study the effects of parental-pigeon feed type on body weight and meat quality of baby-pigeons. Using adult White King pigeons as the test birds and same feed formula but different feed types as the test material factor, that means a random feeding trial with single factor plus three levels was conducted. The 504 pairs of adult pigeons were randomly divided into three groups and fed with processed-pellet feed (Al), mixed-pellet feed (A2) and raw-grain-pellet feed (A3). The test results of the body weight and the meat quality of baby-pigeons measured at 28-day-old were as following: body weight of A1 and A2 increased 3.95% and 3.28% than A3 respectively. The meat quality measured by carcass color, shear force of brisket, brightness,content of proteins and amino acids and inosine acid, the fat and it's content of a-linolenic acid, linoleic acid and oleic acid showed no significant differences among the three feed types. But there is an increasing trend of the fat content in A1. The studies suggest that mixed-pellet feed (A2) is the most suitable parental-pigeon feed type for production of nursing baby-pigeons.
