运动员学业污名的历史、成因及应对

摘　　要：运动员长期以来存在着学业方面的污名,皮格马利翁效应、自我实现预言和污名威胁理论等指出了运动员学业污名的危害及对其关注的重要意义。文章阐述了运动员学业污名的概念和历史,并运用污名社会认知理论、污名功能理论和污名制度理论从污名承受者、污名施加者和社会规范的角度分析了运动员学业污名的成因,最后提出了学业自我提升、学业污名否定、知识传播等三种应对策略。There has been athletes＇ academic stigma for a long time.The Pygmalion effect,self-fulfilling prophecy and stigma threat theory have revealed the harmfulness and importance of athletes＇ academic stigma.This paper explains the concept as well as its history of athletes＇ academic stigma.Thereafter,it argues the causes of athletes＇ academic stigma through the perspectives of stigma bearer,stigma producer and social norm by social cognitive theory of stigma,stigma function theory and stigma institution theory.Finally,the paper suggests three countermeasures as academic self-improvement,academic stigma denial and knowledge dissemination.
