摘  要:为给榧树的育种提供理论依据,以浙江淳安朱塔、太湖源,安徽樵山、小荣4个雌性天然榧树居群86个样品为研究材料,根据优化的SRAP-PCR反应体系和扩增条件,用26对引物扩增出了404个位点,其中多态位点330个,占81.68%,平均多态信息含量值为0.294 3。POPGENE分析结果表明,居群总的Nei’s基因多样性指数为0.294 9,Shannon信息指数为0.454 5,居群间的基因流为4.090 9,雌性榧树总的遗传多样性水平较高。居群间的基因分化系数为0.108 9,遗传变异主要存在居群内,且4个居群间的遗传距离与地理距离相关不显著。In order to provide a theoretical basis for breeding Torreya grandis, with 86 samples of T. grandis from four natural populations located in Zhuta and Taihuyuan of Zhejiang Province, Qiaoshan and Xiaorong of Anhui Province, based on optimal SRAP-PCR reaction system and amplification conditions, 26 pairs of primers were amplified. As a result, 404 loci were amplified, in which 330 polymorphic loci, accounting for 81.68% of the total, and average polymorphism information content value is 0.294 3. The results of POPGENE analysis show that Nei's genetic diversity index of populations is 0.294 9, Shannon's information index of populations is 0.454 5, and gene flow between populations is 4.090 9, which indicates that genetic diversity is overall high in this species. In addition, gene differentiation coeffi cient between populations is 0.108 9, so the majority of genetic variations occur within a population. Correlation between genetic distance and geographical distance among four populations is not signifi cant.
