摘 要:为给葡萄柚嫁接苗的培育及其基质筛选提供理论依据,用8种不同的育苗基质对1年生葡萄柚嫁接苗进行了苗木移栽培育试验,探讨不同基质对葡萄柚嫁接苗生长的影响。结果表明,不同基质的养分含量有极显著差异,不同基质对葡萄柚嫁接苗梢长增长量、梢粗增长量、生物量、根冠比有极显著影响。基质养分含量和嫁接苗生长各项指标的综合评价结果表明,泥炭基质和红壤(20%)、草炭(26.6%)、猪粪(26.6%)、煤灰(26.7%)混合基质的肥力较高,育苗效果较好,初步筛选为葡萄柚嫁接苗的育苗基质。In order to provide a theoretical basis for cultivation and screening out suitable substrates for grafting grapefruit seedlings, taking eight substrates as materials, transplanting cultivation experiment of one-year-old grafting seedlings of grapefruit were carried out, and effects of different substrates on growth of grafting seedlings of grapefruit were researched. The results show that nutrient contents of different substrates have very signifi cant differences, and the substrates have significant effects on shoot length increment, shoot diameter increment, biomass, root-crown ratio of the grafting seedlings. The results of nutrient contents and comprehensive evaluation of growth indexes of grafting seedlings show that the peat substrate and the mixed substrate including 20% red soil, 26.6% turf soil, 26.6% pig manure and 26.6% coal ash, have higher fertility and better seedling breed ing effects, therefore the two cultivation substrates can be preliminarily screened out for grafting seedling of grapefruit.
