摘  要:为了研究不同因素对油橄榄新品种扦插生根力的影响,以从西班牙引进的8个油橄榄新品种为材料,采用不同质量浓度吲哚丁酸(IBA)用浸泡法和速蘸法分别处理,进行了扦插生根试验。结果表明:以速蘸法进行扦插效果较好,‘恩帕特雷(Empeltre)’属较难生根品种,2种方法效果均不明显。2种方法对其余7个品种均不同程度起到了促进生根作用,其中‘贺吉布兰克(Hojiblanca)’、‘阿贝奎纳(Arbequina)’、‘皮瓜尔(Picual)’以3 000 mg/L质量浓度IBA速蘸处理生根率最高,‘阿尔波萨纳(Arbosana)’、‘曼萨尼约(Manzanillo)’、‘科尼卡(Cornicabra)’以2 000 mg/L质量浓度IBA速蘸处理生根率最高,但‘奇迹(Koroneiki)’用浸泡法以400 mg/L质量浓度IBA浸泡处理生根率最高。In order to study influences of different factors on cuttings rooting ability in new olive cultivars, taking eight new olive cultivars introduced from Spanish as materials, a cuttings rooting experiment was carried out through treating cuttings by different mass concentrations of IBA with soaking method and quickly dipping method respectively. The results show that cutting with quickly dipping method is better than that with soaking method. ‘Empeltre' is hard to rooting, and neither methods have obvious effect. The two methods have effects on promoting rooting of the other seven cultivars at different degrees. ‘Hojiblanca', ‘Arbequina' and ‘Picual' have the highest rooting rate through quickly dipping in 3 000 mg·L^-1 IBA solution, and ‘Arbosana', ‘Manzanillo' and‘ Cornicabra' have the highest rooting rate through quickly dipping in 2 000 mg·L^-1 IBA solution, however ‘Koroneiki' has the highest rooting rate through soaking in 400 mg·L^-1 IBA solution.
