计算机辅助管理模式在健康体检服务中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨计算机辅助管理模式在健康体检服务中的应用效果。方法 2013年1-6月采用传统管理模式对724名健康人进行体检,2013年6-12月采用计算机辅助管理模式对820名健康人进行体检,比较两个阶段体检者和医务人员的满意度、差错率和投诉率及体检花费时间。结果实施计算机辅助管理模式后,体检者和医务人员的满意度明显升高,服务差错率、投诉率及体检花费时间明显降低或缩短,与传统管理模式相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在健康体检服务中应用计算机辅助管理模式能提升护理管理水平和服务质量。Objective To investigate the effect of computer assistant management mode applied in physical examination.Methods 724 healthy people were had physical examination under tradition management mode between January to June 2013,and 820 healthy people were had physical examination under computer assistant management mode between June to December 2013,the satisfaction level of participants and med-ical staffs,error rate,complaint rate and time spent on physical examination were compared between two groups.Results After the implementation of computer assistant management mode,participants and medi-cal staff satisfaction were significantly higher than before the implementation.The service error rate com-plaints rate and time spent on physical examination were decreased significantly（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Computer assistant management mode can enhance the nursing management level and improve the service quality.
