摘 要:以丙烯海松酸(APA)、丙烯酸(AA)为主要原料合成既可紫外光(UV)固化又可热交联固化的松香基聚酯丙烯酸酯(APAPEA),采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和热分析仪(TGA)对预聚物及涂膜进行表征。考察固化方式、紫外光固化机履带速率、活性稀释剂及固化剂的种类和用量、热固化条件等对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:在光-热双固化下履带速率为8 m/min,三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(TPGDA)为活性稀释剂,用量20%,N75为固化剂且n(—NCO)/n(—OH)=1.1,热固化时间为100 min,温度为80℃时,APAPEA涂膜性能最佳。Dual curable rosin-based polyester acrylates (APAPEA) cured by UV and heat treatment were synthesized using acrylpimaric acid (APA) and acrylic acid (AA) as raw materials.The structure of the products and the heat resistance of the films were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), respectively. The influence of curing methods, the speed of pedrail,the sorts and dosages of reactive diluents and curing agents, and the heat curing condition were investigated.Results showed that the best film properties were obtained via UV-heat dual curing, with a pedrail speed of 8 m/min, 20% dosage of tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA) as the reactive diluent,N75 as the curing agent with n(-NCO)/n(-OH) of 1. 1 ,and a thermal curing of 100 min at 80 ℃.
