摘　　要：中国排球在辉煌过后一直徘徊在低谷中,被职业化发达的其他国家队甩在后面。恒大女排的产生与"消失",在一定程度上反映了当下中国排球职业化的困境。中国排球职业化有其必要性与可能性。本文通过对恒大女排的境况加以分析,从一个侧面来解读中国排球职业化的困境现状和产生原因,并提出相应的改革出路,希望以此对中国排球职业化进程有所裨益。After its brilliant years, Chinese volleyball has been hovering at the bottom, lagging behind other professional teams of developed countries. The appearance and disappearance of Hengda Women’s Volleyball Team, to some extent, reflect the dilemma of the professionalization of the contemporary Chinese volleyball. The professionalization of the Chinese volleyball is necessary and possible. The paper, by analyzing the case of Heng-da Women’s Volleyball Team, describes the plight and causes of the professional status of Chinese volleyball, and comes up with suggestions for reform, hoping that they will be helpful to the process of the professionalization of Chinese volleyball.
