摘  要:[目的]为了探究盐碱胁迫下不同浓度对烤烟生理生化指标的影响。[方法]以2个烤烟品种吉烟9号、吉烟10号为材料,进行盆栽试验。[结果]随着盐碱处理浓度的逐渐增加,烟叶的叶绿素含量逐渐降低;超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性都呈先升高后下降的趋势;而丙二醛含量则逐渐升高,脯氨酸与可溶性糖含量呈先升高后下降的趋势;K+的含量呈下降趋势,Na+的含量大幅度增加。[结论]烤烟抗逆指标对盐碱胁迫非常敏感。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effects of mixed salt-alkaline stress on flue-cured tobacco physiological and biochemical index. [ Method] Using 2 kinds of flue-cared tobacco varieties Jiyan 9 and Jiyan 10, pot experiment was carried out. [ Result] With the increase of concentration of mixed salt-alkaline solution, the chlorophyll content of tobacco decreased. The activity of SOD, POD and CAT increased firstly and then declined under mixed salt-alkaline stress. The content of MDA increased. The content of Pro and soluble sugar increased firstly and then declined. The content of K~ decreased, and the content of Na^+ increased significantly. [ Conclusion] Resisting index of flue-cured tobacco was very sensitive with salt-alkaline stress.
