摘 要:[目的]比较不同栽培区附子生物碱的含量.[方法]采用冷浸法测定水浸出物和醇浸出物含量,酸性染料比色法测定附子总生物碱含量,RP-HPLC测定双酯型生物碱含量.[结果]6个栽培区附子水溶性浸出物含量为10.272%~11.681%,醇溶性浸出物含量为1.621%~3.195%,总生物碱含量为0.987%~1.346%,中乌头碱含量为0.349~3.268 mg/g,乌头碱含量为0.406~0.841 mg/g,次乌头碱含量为1.284~3.134 mg/g.[结论]不同栽培区附子浸出物、总生物碱和双酯型生物碱含量差异较大,其结果为附子药材质量评价提供一定的理论参考.[ Objective ] To research the content of alkaloids of different cultivation zones of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata. [ Method ] According to the procedures recorded in the Appendix X A of 2010 Chinese Pharmacopoeia, extracts with cold soak of samples were measured. The content of total alkaloids and three kinds of diester diterpenoid alkaloids was measured respectively by acid-dye colorimetric and high performance liquid chromatography method. [ Result ] The content of water-soluble extracts was 10. 272% - 11. 681%, the content of 95% ethanol extracts was 1. 621% - 3. 195%, that of total alkaloids was 0. 987% - 1. 346%, that of mesaconitine was 0.349% - 3. 268 mg/g, aconitine was 0.406 - 0. 841 mg/g, hypaconitine was 1. 284 - 3. 134 mg/g. [ Conclusion] The content of extracts, total alkaloid and three kinds of diester diterpenoid alkaloids in six cultivation zones was rather different. The results provided a theoretical reference for the quality evaluation of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata.
