摘  要:[目的]研究在新疆棉杆中提取纤维素为原料制备羧甲基纤维素的工艺条件.[方法]以棉杆为原料制备羧甲基纤维素,对影响羧甲基纤维素制取的主要变量进行了考察,包括碱化过程和醚化过程的酸度、时间、温度等对产品产率的影响,得出最佳制备条件,并对所得的产品进行了表征.[结果]试验确定了制备羧甲基纤维素的最优条件为:纤维素(g)∶NaOH(g)∶氯乙酸(g)=1∶1.2∶0.4,碱化温度为40℃,时间为80 min.醚化温度为65 ~70℃,时间为180 min,产品黏度大于450 mPa·s,取代度大于0.6,有效成分大于0.8.[结论]研究可为有效开发利用棉杆资源提供参考依据.[ Objective ] To study technique conditions of extracting cellulose from Xinjiang cotton stalk as raw material to prepare carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC). [ Method ] With cotton stalk as raw material to prepare CMC, the main variables influencing the extraction of CMC were investigated, including alkalization and etherification process acidity, extraction time and temperature. The optimal conditions were obtained, and the products were characterized. [ Result] The optimizing conditions for the extraction of lignin are obtained as following: the mass ratio is m (cellulose) : m (NaOH) : m (TCA) = 1 : 1.2: 0.4. Alkalization reaction time is 80 min, reaction temperature is 40 ℃, etherification temperature is 65 - 70 ℃, reaction is 180 min, in this condition, the viscosity of production greater than 450 mPa · s, degree of substitution greater than 0.6, active ingredients greater than 0.8. [ Conclusion] The study can provide reference basis for effectively develop and utilize cotton stalk resources.
