摘 要:[目的]探讨东北地区野生蓝靛果忍冬果实形态的变异程度及各指标间的相互关系。[方法]对东北地区野生蓝靛果忍冬果实形态(果实纵径、果实横径、果形指数和单果重)变异进行了研究。[结果]蓝靛果忍冬在果实形态方面存在丰富的遗传多样性,果实形态变异较大;不同产地间和产地内果实形态指标差异达到显著或极显著水平,变异幅度以单果重最大,其次为果实纵径和果形指数,果实横径最小;单果重与果实纵径和横径呈极显著线性相关关系,采用逐步回归法模拟方程,根据果实纵径和横径生长利用方程可预测果实单果重量。[结论]为筛选优良个体和选择育种提供了理论依据。[ Objective ] The aim was to explore the variation degree of wild L. edulis Turcz. in Northeast region and the relationship among each indexes. [ Method] The fruit shape variation of wild L. edulis in the northeast regions was studied, such as longitudinal diameter, tran- sect diameter, fruit shape index and single fruit weight. [ Result] There were sufficient genetic diversity on the fruit shape of L. edulis, and variation in fruit shape was larger. There were some significant or extremely significant differences in fruit shape characteristics between and within the different producing areas. Varied range in single fruit weight was the most, followed by fruit longitudinal diameter and fruit shape index, fruit diameter minimum. The results showed a significandy linear correlation with fruit weight, fruit longitudinal diameter and fruit trans- verse diameter. The regression equation was established using stepwise regression method, according to the fruit longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter growth using this equation to predict the single fruit weight. [ Conclusion] The results provide theoretical basis for screening excellent individuals and selective breeding.
