摘 要:[目的]探讨不同强度火烧对土壤碳矿化率及矿化量的影响.[方法]通过野外采样和室内分析研究了大兴安岭地区不同强度火烧迹地0~15 cm土壤有机碳矿化速率及矿化量的差异及其相互关系.[结果]在60d的培养期内,不同月份不同强度土壤有机碳的矿化率均表现出随着时间延长呈现先降低后逐渐趋于稳定;土壤有机碳矿化速率整体表现为对照样地和重度火烧样地>中度火烧样地>轻度火烧样地,但差异不显著;土壤碳矿化累计释放CO2-C总量表现为对照样地和重度火烧样地>中度火烧样地>轻度火烧样地,且差异显著,不同月份间土壤碳矿化累计释放CO2-C总量9月份高于5月份,且差异显著.[结论]为揭示兴安落叶松林下不同强度火烧对土壤有机碳组分的影响提供了理论依据.[ Objective ] The aim was to explore effects of different fire intensities on potential mineralization carbon in Larix gmelinii forest. [ Method] The content differences and correlations of soil mineralization rate and amount of mineralization in 0 - 15 cm deep soil in the Daxinganling Mountain areas that were burned under different fire intensities were studied through field sampling and lab analysis. [ Result] The mineralization of soil organic carbon of different months and different fire intensity showed that decreased firstly and after gradually stabilized. The mineralizntion of soil organic carbon showed that it was higher in moderate-intensity burning area than low-intensity burning area, and it was the highest in unburned and high-intensity burning area. But after inspection,the difference was not significant. Total soil mineralization carbon cumulant of CO2-C showed that it was higher in moderate-intensity burning area than low-intensity burning area, and it was the highest in unburned and high- intensity burning area,and the difference was significant. The cumulant of CO2-C in different months showed that it was higher in September than in May,and the difference was significant. [ Conclusion] The results provide theoretical basis for revealing effects of different fire intensities on soil organic carbon components in Larix gmelinii forest.
