摘  要:以6个家系的仿栗为试验材料,通过动态监测4种光合特征参数,对不同家系间仿栗的光合特性进行比较研究,为优良家系的选择与保护提供理论依据。结果表明:仿栗净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、叶绿素总量(Ct)、叶绿素a/b值(Ca/Cb)在家系间均存在显著的差异;气孔导度、蒸腾速率与净光合速率呈显著正相关,胞间CO2浓度Ci与净光合速率Pn呈显著负相关;仿栗光合特性在家系间存在丰富的遗传变异。综合各方因素,3号家系为所选家系中的最优家系。By taking six families ofSloanea hemsleyana as the tested materials, theirs four kinds of photosynthetic parameters were and monitored and measured, the photosynthetic characteristics of different families were comparatively studied through continuous monitoring in order to provide theoretical basisfor the selection and protection ofS. hemsleyana superior family. The studying results show that there were signiifcant differences of net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr), stomatal conductance (Gs), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), chlorophyll total content (Ct), the ratio of chlorophyll-a to chlorophyll-b (Ca/Cb); theGs andTr had signiifcant positive correlation withPn. theCi had asigniifcant negative correlation withPn; there were abundant genetic variations ofS. hemsleyana photosynthetic characteristics among the six families. Comparatively considering all the factors, the no.3 family is the bestone among the selected families.
