摘　　要：电镀前处理化学除油工序中产生的污染物有油脂、表面活性剂、磷酸盐和脏物等。如未能有效处理,排放后会影响水体的COD和BOD。如何最大限度地减少污染,是摆在电镀工作者面前的一项重要任务。提出了一些化学除油清洁生产的措施,以供同行参考。The pollutants generated in the plating pretreatment of chemical degreasing process include oil ＆ grease,surfactant,phosphate,dirt,etc.If not treated effectively,these pollutants will affect the COD and BOD of water body after they are discharged.How to minimize the pollution is an important task before electroplating workers.Some measures for cleaner chemical degreasing production are put forward for reference.
