将老旧住区资源纳入廉租房体系的模式探究——以西安市为例

摘　　要：通过对西安市莲湖区老旧住区的存在现状进行分析总结。结合目前西安市保障房的供应模式。提出利用老城区内大量存在的老旧住房这一社会资源作为廉租房房源后续补充的更新建议,并初步探究了这一房源纳入后的运作模式。旨在缓解快速城市化进程中低收入人群被边缘化、居住环境逐步恶化等社会问题。This paper conducts analysis of the current situation of the old settlements in lotus lake area of Xi＇an,proposes that the old housing in the old city can be taken as the complementary sources by combining the supply mode of Xi＇an housing,and preliminarily explores the mode of operation after integrating the old settlements into low-renting system.It aims to relieve the social problems such as the gradually marginalized low-income people and deteriorating living environment in the process of rapid urbanization.
