摘 要:研究旨在探讨A-FABP和H-FABP基因聚合基因型对中国环颈雉肌内脂肪(IMF)含量的遗传效应。利用PCR-SSCP方法检测中国环颈雉A-FABP和H-FABP基因多态性,并对多态位点不同基因型及聚合基因型与中国环颈雉的胸肌和腿肌IMF含量进行关联性分析。结果显示,A-FABP基因和H-FABP基因分别检测到突变位点(C51T和T337C),产生3种基因型,关联性分析表明2个位点与中国环颈雉胸肌IMF含量显著相关(P<0.05),AA型和CC型为有利单基因型。两种有利单基因型聚合AACC基因型个体胸肌IMF含量显著高于其他基因型聚合个体(P<0.05)。A-FABP和H-FABP基因两两基因型合并,AACC基因型个体胸肌IMF含量最高。This study was conducted to study the genetic effect of A-FABP and H-FABP genes polymorphism and pyramiding genotypes with intramuscular fat (IMF) content of Chinese ring-necked pheasant. PCR-SSCP method was used to identify the polymorphism in A-FABP gene and H-FABP gene. Associations between polymorphism sites as well as pyramiding genotypes and IMF contents in breast and leg muscles were tested by least aquare analysis. Two polymorphism sites (C51T of A-FABP and T337C of H-FABP)were indentified,which had three genotypes. The association analysis showed that polymorphism sites of A-FABP gene and H-FABP gene had significant effects on IMF content of breast muscle (P〈0.05). The AA and CC were two advantageous genotypes. IMF content of breast muscle of pyramiding genotype AACC was higher than that of other pyramiding genotypes (P〈0.05). The pyramiding genotype AACC had the highest IMF contents in muscle.
