摘 要:为有效提高水上污染事故处置能力,保护生态环境,在阐述溢油跟踪浮标的技术特点和研究现状的基础上,通过水动力学优化,完善跟踪浮标技术参数.采用定位通信卫星,研制具有多功能、全天候、代表性溢油类型的溢油跟踪浮标.试验表明,该浮标对不同海况、不同油膜均具有良好跟踪能力,可满足水上溢油跟踪定位的需要.In order to improve the ability of water pollution accident treatment effectively to protect ecological environment, considering the technical characteristics and research status of spilled oil tracking buoys, the technical parameters of buoy are improved through hydrodynamics optimization. A kind of spilled oil tracking buoy is developed, which uses positioning communication satellites, is of multi-function and 24-hour tracking, and is suitable to the representative oil type. The test shows that, the buoy has good tracking ability for different sea conditions and different oil films, and can meet the requirements for spilled oil tracking and positioning on water.
