摘　　要：通过细化手术管理制度、完善手术告知程序、强化手术全程监督、开展手术质量分析等实践,医疗制度落实率、手术相关指标及患者满意度等显著提高。手术安全是医疗质量管理的重要内容,医疗机构应强化医疗核心制度的操作性,注重手术质量监督的全面性,保证医患沟通的有效性。Through refining operation management system,improving the operation processes,strengthening supervision of full operation process,and carrying out the operation analysis practice,the implementation rate of the medical system,indicators related to the operation and patient satisfaction had improved obviously in hospital.Operation safety is an important content of medical quality management,medical system interoperability should be strengthened and the comprehensive operation of quality supervision should be paid attention to,which ensures the effectiveness of doctor-patient communication.
