深圳市民营医院妇产科三级医师查房问题分析与建议

摘　　要：目的了解民营医院妇产科三级医师查房存在问题,并提出对策建议。方法现场检查深圳市28家民营医院三级医师查房录像,回放视频资料,随机双盲打分评估。结果民营医院妇产科三级医师查房存在的主要问题有:三级医师未充分发挥指导作用,查房内涵质量不高,日常查房制度执行不到位,人文关怀不够等。结论 民营医院管理者应使医生有更多时间钻研业务,查房应体现人文关怀,以激励机制鼓舞"教"的热情。Objective To investigate the problems of three-level doctor ward round in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics in private hospitals and to make improvement.Method The in-situ flight check method was used and video data were analyzed retrospectively.Randomized double-blind scoring was used to evaluate according to the rating scale by Health,Population and Family Planning Commission of Shenzhen.Result The main problems included that the three-level doctors did not play the role of guidance with low quality,the system was not strictly carried out,and humanistic care was not enough.Conclusion The administrators of the private hospitals need further learning.The ward round should be with humanistic care,and teaching should be encouraged by incentive mechanism.
