摘　　要：阐述了综合性医院公共实验平台在管理机制和运行模式方面的创新与实践,包括坚持总体建设目标和架构、强化服务意识和岗位意识、实验人员和工作人员之间的双向监督与评估、完善实验平台功能布局、配置标准化实验室设备、构建绩效评估考核指标体系、建立生物技术公司准入管理制度等,以期充分发挥公共实验平台的支撑作用,促进医院科研工作的发展。The paper discussed the innovation and practice on the management mechanism and running pattern of the public experiment platform in a hospital.It considered that we should stick to the general objective and construction,strengthen the consciousness of service and responsibilities,carry out the two-way supervision and evaluation between staff and laboratory personnel,perfect the function and composition,provide the standard equipment,build the system of performance assessment index,construct management system of bio-technology corporation admittance.The innovation and practice would exert the supporting function of experiment platform and afford the new method to accelerate the better development of scientific and research work in hospital.
