摘 要:针对永磁容错电机的齿槽转矩优化问题,本文提出了基于单槽齿槽转矩相角的计算来快速选择极槽配比的新方法。通过对电机的每个单槽的齿槽转矩进行分析,发现相邻单槽的齿槽转矩是同形、不同相位的曲线。同时,电机全开槽的齿槽转矩与每个单槽的齿槽转矩之和基本一致。因此,选择适当极槽配比来避免每个单槽的齿槽转矩同相位,可以大幅减小齿槽转矩。利用优化后的有限元网格剖分,求得更加精确的齿槽转矩,验证了理论分析的正确性。In this paper , a new method for rapid select pole and slot numbers for fault-tolerant permanent magnet machines to minimizate cogging torque , which is based on the phase angle of the cogging torque waveform of each single stator slot.By analysing of the cogging torque waveform associated with each single stator slot, the cogging torque of the two adjacent single slots found to be similar except for the phase angle.While, the cogging torque of the permanent magnet machine with all slots can be considered as a summation of the cogging torque waveform which is associated with each single stator slot.Thus, the phase angle of the cogging torque waveform of each single stator slot should be different in order to reduce the coggeing torque when chosing slot and pole number combinations.The more accurate cogging torque was obtained by optimi-zated meshing and the validity of the theoretical analysis was verified.
