摘 要:分析了永磁同步电机失磁故障产生的原因,探索了均匀失磁故障仿真模型的实现方法,并在此基础上建立了永磁同步电机均匀失磁故障仿真模型。空载仿真结果表明,随着失磁故障严重程度的增加,磁场强度和径向磁密的大小基本按失磁程度成比例减小;负载仿真结果表明,磁链和输出转矩随故障严重程度的增加而明显减小,但并非呈现线性关系;磁链谐波成分分析的结果表明,不同程度均匀失磁故障情况下,均没有新谐波成分出现。The reasons of demagnetization fault in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) were ana-lyzed, the methods to realize the simulation model of uniform demagnetization faults were explored , and a de-magnetization faults simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous motors was proposed in this paper.With the severity of demagnetization faults increasing , it is showed that magnetic field intensity and the size of radial magnetic flux density is proportional to decrease by the severity of demagnetization in no -load simu-lation result;It is indicated that the flux and the output torque decreases obviously with the severity of the fault increases, which is not showed linear relationship in load simulation results;In the flux harmonic com-ponent analysis result , it is showed that there are no new harmonic components in the case of different severi -ty of uniform demagnetization faults.
