摘 要:为有效评价基底隔震对储液罐动力稳定性的影响,考虑静动液压引起的壳体应力刚化(软化)效应,从位移-压力格式的流固耦合方程出发,建立周期系数扰动方程,并基于Floquet理论计算动力不稳定域。以某160 000 m3LNG储罐的钢制内罐为例,在2种储液水平和9组隔震参数下进行参数动力稳定性分析,并结合抗震设防要求提出3点隔震控制建议。结果表明,静液压和加强圈可有效抑制动力不稳定域的发展,动力不稳定域随隔震器刚度的减小向低频段迁移,不稳定临界幅值随隔震器阻尼系数的增大而升高,半罐状态下的隔震器对动力不稳定域的抑制作用比满罐状态更为显著。To effectively evaluate the influence of base-isolation on the dynamic stability of liquid storage tanks, starting from fluid-solid interaction equations with a displacement-pressure form, the perturbation equations with periodic coefficients were established considering the shell stress stiffening (softening) effects due to hydrostatic and hydrodynamic pressures, the dynamic instability regions were then calculated based on Floquet theory. Taking a 160,000 m3 LNG storage tank as an example, the parametric dynamic stability analyses were performed under 2 liquid storage levels and 9 groups of vibration isolation parameters, 3 suggestions for isolation control were proposed combined with the aseismic fortification requirements. The results showed that hydrostatic pressure and stiffening girders can effectively suppress the expansion of dynamic instability regions; the dynamic instability regions migrate to the lower frequency ranges with decrease in isolator stiffness; the critical instability amplitudes grow with increase in isolator damping coefficient, and the inhibitory effect of isolator on the dynamic instability regions is more significant under half-filled liquid condition than that under the full-filled condition.
