中药“猪孕散”治疗母猪子宫内膜炎及安全性研究

摘　　要：为研究复方中药"猪孕散"的使用安全性及治疗母猪慢性子宫内膜炎的效果,试验首先选(20±2)g小白鼠40只,随机分为4组,雌雄各半,每组5个重复,每个重复2只,药物高、中、低剂量组小白鼠分别按0.4 mL/10 g、0.3 mL/10 g和0.2 mL/10 g体重灌服中药"猪孕散",空白对照组小白鼠按0.4 mL/10 g体重灌服生理盐水,进行中药"猪孕散"安全性试验;再选临床上2个以上情期内配种不孕的卡他性、卡他性脓性和脓性慢性子宫内膜炎经产杜洛克母猪138头,随机分为猪孕散治疗组(61头)、西药洗宫治疗组(34头)、猪孕散配合洗宫治疗组(32头)、阳性对照组(11头)。猪孕散治疗组每日口服"猪孕散"100 g,连用2 d,并在第3天配种前口服"猪孕散"150 g。西药洗宫治疗组,用0.1%高锰酸钾1 000 mL冲洗子宫,然后再用青霉素240万U、链霉素100万U、生理盐水100 mL,混合后注入子宫内,每日1次,连用3 d。猪孕散配合洗宫治疗组,每日口服"猪孕散"100 g,同时用0.1%高锰酸钾1 000 mL冲洗子宫,然后再用青霉素240万U、链霉素100万U、生理盐水100 mL,混合后注入子宫内,连用2 d,并在第3天配种前口服"猪孕散"150 g。阳性对照(不治疗)组不添加任何药物,进行中药"猪孕散"的临床治疗试验。结果表明:复方中药"猪孕散"在治疗中无应激、无抗药性、无激素困惑、无毒副作用和不良反应,安全可靠,而且母猪在妊娠期也可使用;中药"猪孕散"治疗母猪慢性子宫内膜炎平均有效率为88.5%,比阳性对照组高79.5个百分点(P<0.01),比西药洗宫治疗组高67.5个百分点(P<0.01)。复方中药"猪孕散"使用安全性高,对治疗母猪慢性子宫内膜炎、提高受胎率有良好效果,并对受胎母猪有明显预防早期流产的作用,是治疗母猪子宫内膜炎引起不孕的一个好方法。For the study of compound Chinese medicine ＂pigs pregnant＂ the use of safety and for the treatment of chronic endometritis sows, test first choice （20±2）g 40 mice, randomly divided into 4 groups, male and female half, each group of five repeated, each repeat 2, only drug high, medium and low dose group mice respectively according to 0.4 mL/10 g, 0.3 mL/10 g and 0.2 mL/10 g weight filling medicine ＂pigs pregnant＂, blank control group rats weight is 0.4 mL/10 g filling and physiological saline; for traditional Chinese medicine ＂pigs pregnant＂ safety testing; re-election clinical situation of 2 or more during the period of breeding infertility catarrhal, catarrhal purulent and purulent chronic endometritis multiparity turok sows 138, were randomly divided into pig pregnancy treatment group（61）, western medicine treatment group（34） wash palace, pigs pregnant with the palace to treatment group（32）, positive control group（11）. Pigs pregnant powder treatment group daily oral ＂pigs pregnant＂ 100 g, application of 2d, and on the third day before mating oral ＂pigs pregnant＂ 150 g. Palace in treatment group and western medicine with 0.1% potassium permanganate 1 000 mL flush the uterus, and then use penicillin streptomycin 2.4 million U, 1 million U, 100 mL, saline mixture into the uterus, 1 times a day, the application of 3 d. Pigs pregnant with wash palace in treatment group, the daily oral ＂pigs pregnant＂100 g, at the same time the uterus is washed with 0.1% potassium permanganate 1 000 mL, then 2.4 million U with penicillin, streptomycin 1 million U, 100 mL, saline mixture into the uterus, the application of 2 d, and on the third day before mating oral ＂pigs pregnant＂ 150 g. Positive control group （no treatment） do not add any drugs, for clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine ＂pigs pregnant＂ test. The results showed that the compound Chinese medicine ＂pig pregnancy are scattered in the treatment of ＂ no stress, no resistance, no hormone confusion,
