摘 要:以菱镁矿及尿素为原料制得氢氧化镁晶须,用硅烷偶联剂和钛酸酯的复合型表面活性剂对其进行表面改性,最后得到黏度好,分散性高的Mg(OH)2阻燃剂.通过钛酸酯和硅烷偶联剂对氢氧化镁进行表面改性的实验,阐述了钛酸酯和硅烷偶联剂的复合型表面活性剂与其单一成分对氢氧化镁晶须的表面改性效果.并进行活性指数、比表面积、抑烟效果等测定.结果表明:复合型表面活性剂改性后的活性指数、比表面积、抑烟效果都高于单一成分改性的程度.Taking the magnesite and urea as raw material of magnesium hydroxide whiskers,then composite surface active agent with silane coupling agent and titanate modifies the surface of magnesium hydroxide, and finally we obtain the good viscosity, high dispersion of Mg (OH) 2 flame retardant. This paper mainly states that we apply titanate and silane coupling agent to the surface modification of magnesium hydroxide by experiment. It also states the effect that we exploit titanate silane coupling agent and the composite surface active agent and its single components modify the surface of magnesium hydroxide whisker. Finally, we also test the activation index, specific surface area, and determination effect of smoke suppression. The results show that modified degree of the composite surface active agent is higher than that of single component modified degree.
